Walking into the Zizi Showroom at Trade Lofts feels like stepping into a world of pure holiday magic. Every inch of their space — from floor to ceiling, wall to wall — is filled with festive detail and timeless charm. 

Barbara and Dale Zizi, co-owners of the showroom, have spent years curating a space that celebrates the season through craftsmanship, nostalgia, and joy. Their main lines include Vickerman trees and lights, Katherine’s Collection, Seattle Silver, Impromptu Vintage, and Holly Workshop tinsel garland — all thoughtfully displayed to capture the warmth and wonder of the holidays. 

When Dale reflects on their creative process, he says, “There’s nothing like old school.” 

That old-school spirit is exactly what makes their showroom so special. 

Just four years ago, the Zizi space was completely empty. Now, it’s a winter wonderland that proves how Trade Lofts’ units can transform into any vision a tenant imagines. 

And while the Zizis don’t have social media, Dale has a simple philosophy: 

“The best social media is to come in and be social.”
